Step 1: Fry the rabbit and onion in oil.
Step 2: Mash together the garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley; add to white wine.
Step 3: Pour over rabbit; add tomatoes.
Step 4: Cover and cook 45 minutes at slow simmer.
Step 5: Add potatoes.
Step 6: Cook 30 more minutes until rabbit is done.
