Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup dried currants (or 1⁄2 cup dark raisin)
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely shredded orange rind
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
