Step 1: Brown and chop meat.
Step 2: Chop cabbage, turnips, rutabagas and carrots to bite size.
Step 3: In a large soup pot pour all ingredients don’t drain the beans.
Step 4: Fill with water 1" over all ingredients adding as needed.
Step 5: Cook until all veggies are tender.
