Ingredients
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 (250 gram) package cream cheese, cubed and room temperature
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
How to Make

Step 1: Pass the raspberries through a fine sieve into a bowl. Stir in cream cheese and icing sugar and mix until blended. Spread over cooled cake or cupcakes.
