Step 1: In a large pan melt butter, lightly saute chopped celery, onion and green pepper
Step 2: In a large bowl add rest of ingredients
Step 3: Add the sauteed vegetables
Step 4: If desired salt, pepper and seasoning of choice inside and outside the fish
Step 5: Stuff, cover with foil sealing edges (I do a double foil wrap)
Step 6: Bake 45 to 60 minutes in 400 degrees oven (ovens vary I do mine at 350)
