Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl a mix together well.
Step 2: Roll into bite size balls.
Step 3: Place in a shallow baking dish and bake at 200C for 20 minutes. (I usually roll them around during cooking to brown evenly)
Step 4: Serve with a Satay or sweet chilli sauce sauce.
