Step 1: Blend the chickpeas, garlic, salt, tahini, lemon juice and olive oil in a small blender or food processor until smooth.
Step 2: Transfer the mix to a small serving dish/bowl and drizzle with a little more olive oil and flick with the paprika.
Step 3: Serve with pita bread, crackers or toasted Turkish bread.
