Crab Or Shrimp Quiche

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup milk (whole milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cooked crab meat (or chopped cooked shrimp)
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust (unbaked)
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, mayonnaise, flour, milk, salt and pepper until thoroughly blended. Stir in crab, cheese, and onion. Spread into pie shell.

Step 3: Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
