Step 1: Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together. Reserve 1/3 of sauce for dipping chicken in on the plate.
Step 2: Salt and pepper the chicken.
Step 3: Place chicken on the grill. Bake 2 minutes each side to get the grill marks, brush with the sauce and close the grill cover for about 8 minutes. uncover and flip, brushing again with the sauce until cooked through. About 5 more minutes. Remove to a cutting board and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Serve with the reserved sauce.
