Step 1: Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker.
Step 2: Cover and lock lid. Bring to pressure over high heat. Lower heat to stabilize pressure.
Step 3: Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Remove from heat and let pressure drop using quick-release method.
Step 5: Unlock and remove lid. The barley should be slightly chewy. If it is too hard, bring up to a simmer and cook until done, stirring.
Step 6: Drain in a colander and use in your recipes.
