Step 1: Dissolve yeast in warm the warm water and teaspoon of sugar; proof.
Step 2: In a large bowl mix the rest of ingredients except add the flour in two additions along with the yeast mixture.
Step 3: Knead 100 times and let rise in covered bowl in a warm place for 1 1/2-2 hours; punch down and rise again for about 30-45 minutes.
Step 4: Turn out on floured board and let rest about 15 minutes so it is easier to handle.
Step 5: Make dough into whatever you are doing and bake for the time alloted in your recipe.
