Mayonnaise Catfish

Ingredients
- 2 fillets (5 ounce each) catfish (skin removed)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 2 teaspoons cajun spice blend
- 2 lemon wedges
How to Make

Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 375f

Step 2: Wipe the catfish and place in an oven proof dish, spread the top of the fish with mayonnaise

Step 3: Season with salt and pepper, dill weed and cajun spice

Step 4: Bake in 375 oven for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily

Step 5: Serve with a lemon wedge
