Step 1: Brown your ground beef in a skillet. Drain any fat.
Step 2: Add onions & mushrooms to the skillet cook until onions are translucent.
Step 3: Add all the remaining ingredients. Bring to simmer, reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Step 4: Serve over either pasta, rice or mashed potatoes.
