Step 1: Preheat oven to 180dg c.
Step 2: Cream butter and sugar and add the beaten egg.
Step 3: Add flour, fruit and vanilla.
Step 4: Roll mix into small balls and then roll balls to cover in cornflakes.
Step 5: Put on lined baking tray and put in oven for 15-20 minutes or until Corn Flakes are golden and cookies have spread.
Step 6: Enjoy.
