- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons cornichon pickles, drained and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons green olives, pitted and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons green peppercorns, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
