Step 1: On bottom of toasted bread, mash avocado, romaine, arugula, then tomato then turkey in pretty heavy slices.
Step 2: Top with the jarred roasted peppers, top of sub put mayo.
Step 3: Drizzle on olive oil
Step 4: Pepper if you wish.
Step 5: Slice in half.
