- 1 can (15 ounce) hominy (golden, rinsed)
- 1 (8 ounce) avocado (peeled, pitted, diced)
- 1 cup diced yellow bell pepper

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 jalapeno chili, diced
- 1 cup salsa verde
