Step 1: Use 1 cup water to steam the green beans, then add the zucchini garlic and celery.
Step 2: Steam for another 5 minutes until just tender, do not over cook.
Step 3: Add the steaming water with the veggies and blend
Step 4: Adding more boiling water as needed.
Step 5: Add the parsley and butter and blend again.
Step 6: The broth can be kept in frig 4 days and freezes well.
