Step 1: Dissolve yeast in water.
Step 2: Add sourdough starter, salt, honey and butter.
Step 3: Stir until well-blended.
Step 4: Add flours and blend.
Step 5: Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a couple of minutes.
Step 6: Place dough in a large buttered bowl, turning to coat all sides.
Step 7: Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in bulk.
Step 8: Punch down and knead for a couple of minutes.
Step 9: Divide dough into 2 equal pieces.
Step 10: Shape each piece into a ball.
Step 11: Place on a lightly greased baking sheet, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes.
Step 12: Preheat oven to 375°.
Step 13: Bake for about 30 minutes, or until loaves are browned and sound hollow when tapped with a finger.
Step 14: Cool wrapped in a towel.
