Step 1: Place ham in sherry.
Step 2: Refrigerate for 12 hours, turning occasionally.
Step 3: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 4: Remove ham from sherry and roll up.
Step 5: Pour cream over ham.
Step 6: Sprinkle cheese evenly over top.
Step 7: Bake for 30 minutes.
