Step 1: Peel your celeric and julienne, use your food processor.
Step 2: Place the julieened celeric in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes, drain well
Step 3: Place cold celeric and cucumbers in a bowl
Step 4: Mix remaining ingredients except sour cream lettuce and pepper strips.
Step 5: Start off slow adding the sour cream, stirring gently adding as you go until you have the consistency that you like. You may add a bit more or a bit less.
Step 6: Chill well
Step 7: Place the salad on Lettiuce leaves and decorate with the red and green pepper strips
