Step 1: Remove the fat and sinew from the meat and roughly chop. Combine with other ingredients in a saucepan.
Step 2: Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours or until the meat is tender, and allow to cool.
Step 3: When cooled puree in a food processor and transfer to s serving bowl.
Step 4: Refrigerate and serve.
