Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coarse salt
- 1/3 cup cracked black peppercorns
- 1/3 cup dried oregano (coarsely crumbled Greek oregano)
- 2 tablespoons dried dill
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra-virgin)
How to Make

Step 1: Combine all ingredients and stir to mix.

Step 2: The spices should be coated with oil but they should not stick together.

Step 3: This will keep for up to 6 months if stored in an airtight jar away from light or heat.
