Step 1: Lightly grease a 13 x 9" casserole dish.
Step 2: Place 1 tube of crescent roll to the bottom of the casserole dish, sealing gaps and making sure it covers bottom fully.
Step 3: Make alternate layers of meats and cheeses.
Step 4: Top with roasted red peppers.
Step 5: Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt and pepper.
Step 6: Reserve 1 tablespoon of beaten eggs and set aside.
Step 7: Pour remainder of eggs over peppers.
Step 8: Top with 2nd tube of crescents to cover evenly. (You may need to roll out the crescents on a lightly floured board to make sure it covers top evenly).
Step 9: Brush top of crescent with the reserved 1 tablespoon beaten egg.
Step 10: Cover with foil. Bake at 350-degrees fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes until golden brown.
Step 11: Cut into squares. Can be served at room temperature or warm.
