Ingredients
- 1 pie crust (baked)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites (beaten stiff)
- Salt
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
How to Make

Step 1: Bake as for lemon pie.

Step 2: This is what I'm guessing has to happen:

Step 3: Mix the egg yolks, extract, buttermilk, flour and salt together. Pour into baked pie shell.

Step 4: Bake 25 minutes or until set.

Step 5: Pour over egg whites.

Step 6: Brown in oven 5 more minutes.
