Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup strawberry preserves (or a little more, use the kind with small chunks of strawberries in it)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar (or a little more or less depending on the consistency that you want)
How to Make

Step 1: In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and salt at medium-high speed with an electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes, or until smooth.

Step 2: Add strawberry preserves and vanilla, beating until well combined. Add confectioners’ sugar beating until smooth.
