Step 1: Place green onions , water & syrup into a large soup pot, simmer for 40 minutes or until the squash is tender.
Step 2: Add the cucumbers. Use a blender to mix everything.
Step 3: Put the mixture back into the soup pot & season with salt & pepper.
Step 4: Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
