Step 1: Place meat in saucepan and cover with water. Cook until almost tender and water evaporates.
Step 2: Add chopped onions, black pepper paprika and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3: Add tomatoes eggplant and potatoes. Let simmer until potatoes are cooked.
Step 4: Add green pepper and simmer for 5 minutes
