Step 1: Add bacon first. Cook bacon then remove.
Step 2: Add the venison then cook.
Step 3: After the venison is cooked through, add garlic, onion and chili powder and sweat.
Step 4: Add tomato, tomatillo and stock, reduce by 1/4 amount and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Place 2 cups of venison chili in small cast iron skillet. Add the Fritos to cover top and sprinkle cheese on top.
Step 6: Place in oven to broil for 1 minute until cheese is bubbly. Top with minced tomato and green onion.
