Step 1: Combine all the filling ingredients in pan. Now, bring this to a boil.
Step 2: Stir the preparation so that the meat pieces are further broken up. Let it simmer uncovered for around 30 minutes. Then, chill the preparation for about 2 hours.
Step 3: Roll the pastry for the pie. Make tiny saucer-shaped circles. Now, place the portions of the filling in the center of the pastry circle.
Step 4: Using adequate amount of water dampen the edges and fold the circle in half. Press the edges together and place it on the greased cookie sheet.
Step 5: Brush this with a beaten egg.
