Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2.6 ounces raisins (1/2 cup, optional)
- 1.1 ounce shredded coconut (1/2 cup)
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
How to Make

Step 1: Add all ingredients to bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer.

Step 2: Bake on regular cycle, rapid-bake cycle, or delayed cycle.

Step 3: Don't use sweet bread cycle.
