Step 1: After you fry the meat, take out and crack egg into grease that is not to hot, they burn on the bottom if grease is smoking and no one wants that.
Step 2: With your spatula, fan grease over egg and cook to the doneness you like at end some people flip them over and fan grease a little more sprinkle pepper over it, you wont need salt, unless you are mr picky, sigh.
