Step 1: Sauce ... Add the bourbon, beer and apple jelly to a small pot. Bring to a boil, and immediately reduce to a simmer. Add the BBQ sauce, mix, cook another minute to warm everything up. Let cool a few minutes before using. As I said, this is more a glaze vs a thick sauce.
Step 2: Glaze your favorite meats; ribs and chicken are my favorite. ENJOY!
