Step 1: Toast cornmeal in skillet, stirring to prevent burning.
Step 2: Heat lard>
Step 3: Grind raisins (in food processor) and mix with hot lard.
Step 4: Add browned cornmeal and sugar.
Step 5: Stir together and press onto a cookie sheet.
Step 6: Leave on cookie sheet until cool.
Step 7: Eat by the handful, like candy
