Step 1: Melt the cream cheese and butter in microwave just until melted. (this will vary from one microwave to another so do 30 second intervals).
Step 2: Stir in the seasoning and dried oregano or basil and pour into the crock-pot; add the mixed vegetables, cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 hour.
Step 3: Enjoy!
