Step 1: For the brownies:
Step 2: Combine the almonds and cacao powder in a food processor and process to a crumble.
Step 3: Add the dates, honey, mint and salt and combine until the mix comes together as a dough.
Step 4: Line a slice/baking tray with paper and press the mix evenly across the base.
Step 5: Place in the fridge while you make the icing.
Step 6: For the icing:
Step 7: Process all the ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 8: Spread over the brownies (it makes a thick layer) and pop back in the fridge to set.
Step 9: Cut into bars to serve.
Step 10: Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Step 11: I have been told these freeze well, and if frozen leave them out for 10 minutes or so to soften before eating.
