Step 1: Remove the outer leaves and the core from the lettuce.
Step 2: Cut the head of lettuce into 4 wedges.
Step 3: Place the 4 wedges on a tray and place in freezer for anywhere from 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
Step 4: Drizzle on the dressing and serve immediately.
