Step 1: If you have a double boiler, you can use it. If not, use a pot of simmering water, then put a glass bowl large enough to fit on top of it, to put the ingredients in.
Step 2: Finely chop your chocolate. You can use a large block of Callebaut chocolate, or nice quality semi-sweet chocolate chips. If you're using the block, a serrated knife is the best way to chop it.
Step 3: Place your chocolate, peanut butter and butter in the bowl, then put the bowl on top of the simmering pot. Let it melt. Stir until nice and smooth.
Step 4: Pour the frosting over the cake when the frosting is liquid, you can pour it on a hot cake, and it will set up nicely on the cake, or you can wait until it is thicker and spread it with a knife.
