Step 1: In a 3-quart slow cooker, combine coffee, sugar, chocolate syrup & extract. Place cinnamon sticks & cloves on a double thickness of cheesecloth. Gather corners of cloth to enclose spices, tie securely w/string & add to slow cooker. Cover & cook on low setting for 2-3 hrs.
Step 2: Discard spice bag. If desired, serve coffee w/cinnamon sticks.
