Step 1: Mix the dressing.
Step 2: Layer tomatoes and bell pepper in bottom.
Step 3: Next mix 1/2 dressing with chickpeas, put on top of parsley, next put green onion. Top with more tomato mixture that you have mixed rest of dressing. Chill.
Step 4: Serve with lemon slice.
