Ingredients
- Dry Mix:
- 4 cups non-fat dry milk powder
- 2 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 1/3 cups cornstarch
- Unsweetened baking cocoa --- for light milk chocolate flavor use 1 cup-- for dark chocolate flavor use 1-1/3 cups
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- To Prepare Pudding:
- 2 cups milk or half each milk and light cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
How to Make

Step 1: For the dry mix; sift all ingredients together then store in a sealed plastic bag or a covered container.

Step 2: To make the pudding; In a heavy-bottomed saucepan combine 1 cup of the dry mix with 2 cups milk; bring to a boil over medium-low heat stirring constantly until thickened (be careful not to scorch the bottom of the pan) remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla, then Divide into bowls
