Step 1: Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet
Step 2: Add peppers, chili sauce, garlic cloves, basil, rosemary & pepper
Step 3: Stir fry for apprx 6 minutes or until the peppers are just heated through - still crisp
Step 4: Add prawns and continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until the prawns are just cooked
