Step 1: Place low fat Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, tahini, honey and ginger and whisk together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2: Add red and green cabbage to a large bowl and then add apple and chives to the bowl and toss to combine.
Step 3: Drizzle over dressing, toss to combine and serve.
