Step 1: In a small bowl mix together 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 1/4 teaspoons curry powder, and the next three ingredients (yogurt - garlic). Let stand at room temperature while preparing sliders.
Step 2: In a large bowl mix together the turkey and next six ingredients (turkey - salt), the remaining mayonnaise (1/4 cup) and 4 teaspoons of the curry powder; mixing with a fork until blended -DO NOT OVERMIX. Divide mixture into 12 equal portions and using wet hands form each into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
Step 3: Preheat broiler or heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium high heat. If using the broiler, brush rimmed baking sheet with 1 tablespoon oil and arrange patties on sheet. Broil until cooked through (If using a skillet cover patties and cook in batches). Turn patties over, allowing 3-5 minutes per side.
Step 4: Place patties on bottom halves of rolls. Top each patty with the reserved sauce. Cover with tops. Allow 3 sliders per person.
