Step 1: Whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, chives, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, garlic powder, hot sauce and hot pepper flakes; set aside.
Step 2: Place the lettuce in a salad bowl and top with the chicken, cucumbers and pears and drizzle with the seasoned oil and vinegar mixture.
Step 3: Enjoy!
