Step 1: In a large bolw add oil, milk and salt and whisk to combine.
Step 2: Then add 1 cup of flour and the baking powder.
Step 3: Mix well and keep adding flour and kneating until you have a nice ball of dough.
Step 4: The dryer, the crispier the crust will be.
Step 5: Let it rest for 15 minutes. Put it in the ball of dough in the center of your pie mold and spread it with your hands.
Step 6: Then fill it with you favorite quiche ingredientes and bake for 20 to 30 minutes acording to your quiche directions.
Step 7: I some times add sesame seeds to the flour to give it a cruchy twist.
