Step 1: Rinse spinach thoroughly and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes. Drain well and put in bowl.
Step 2: Add onion and undrained artichoke hearts and mix lightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper and spread in greased casserole dish.
Step 3: Combine cream cheese and sour cream, blending thoroughly. Spread this mixture over spinach mixture.
Step 4: Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Step 5: Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes.
