Step 1: In a 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat,add ground beef,,seasoning salt,and garlic powder and cook until meat is browned.
Step 2: Drain if needed,return to skillet and add remaining ingredients.
Step 3: Stir all ingredients well and bring to a boil over medium high heat.
Step 4: Cover and reduce to simmer for 25 minutes,stirring occasionally.
Step 5: If desired top individual servings with cheese.
