Step 1: Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, ginger, sugar and garlic powder, set aside.
Step 2: Pour the oil into a skillet and bring to medium-high heat.
Step 3: Meanwhile, season the fillet with salt and pepper, and dredge into the flour mixture coating both sides.
Step 4: Place the fillet in the skillet and cook until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork, about 3-4 minutes per side depending on thickness of fillets.
Step 5: Enjoy!
