Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Prepare a 13 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray.
Step 3: In a medium size bowl combine flour,baking powder,and salt then set aside.
Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and peanut butter until smooth.
Step 5: Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition,then add vanilla.
Step 6: Combine flour mixture into peanut butter mixture mixing very well.
Step 7: Pour half of batter into prepared baking pan.
Step 8: Drizzle chocolate syrup over batter.
Step 9: Take remaining batter and top chocolate syrup with spoonfuls of batter.
Step 10: Then take a knife and swirl chocolate through batter.
Step 11: Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
